PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and PayU. The full amount will be charged on the date of the purchase (i.e. when you confirm your purchase). All prices are including Turkish VAT and any shipping fees (when applicable) will be added while proceeding with your order confirmation based on the delivery address. NISHANE reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time prior notice.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to all countries. You can get a complete list of countries we do not ship to by emailing us at info@nishane.com . Additional duties and taxes may be levied by customs in the destination country and will be the responsibility of the recipient. NISHANE cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance.
We will deliver the Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We will endeavor to deliver all orders will be within 3-8 working days as from the day of the Contract, although these timings cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. NISHANE Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed and/or damaged. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to NISHANE Online Store. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, NISHANE Online Store will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in NISHANE Online Store’s instructions.
RULE VIOLATION
NISHANE reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, NISHANE’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and NISHANE can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by NISHANE. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. NISHANE will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

These terms of use are construed in accordance with Turkish law and you agree that the Turkish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
